Horizontal Machining Centers


  • Our HMC line is equipped with four makino a51 horizontal machining centres, machinability of 4th and 5th axis with pallet changers.
  • Machining capability ensures high quality manufacturing with close tolerances of 2- 5 microns.
  • All our machines can manufacture parts out of Steel, Cast iron, Ball bearing steel, Stainless steel, Brass and Aluminum.
  • The Machining capacity of horizontal machining centres is 400 x 400 mm.

Vertical Machining Centers

 

  • The VMC lines consists of nine vertical machining centres that include Makino S33, Makino Slim3 & Hyundai Kia.
  • Capabilities include machinability of 4th and 5th axis with pallet changers.
  • Machining capacity of these vertical machining centres is 600 x 400 mm.
  • Apart from VMC's, the machining line is equipped with three drill tap centers of fanuc & Brother, mainly focused on critical and special operations.
  • Machining capacity of these machining centres is 800 x 400 mm.

Turning Centers

  • The turning line is equipped with 18 machines which includes Galaxy, Mazak and Hyundai Kia.11 machine CNC turning center.3 machine cnc turning width barfeeder.2 machine sliding turning mill center.
  • Our machines can handle precision parts from 10 - 200 mm in diameter up to approximately 350 mm in length.
  • The line is also equipped with BigliaTurn-mill Centre, focused on combined turn-mill operations for achieving optimization of manufacturing cost.
