KTCPL has a manufacturing plant with state-of-the-art facilities confirming to global standards equipped with world class CNC machines, Turning Centres, DuRR washing machine and excellent storage facilities.
Work Area
- 38,000 square feet of work area divided into various zones.
- 4 Makino-A51 horizontal machining centres.
- 9 vertical machining centres that include Makino S33, MakinoSlim3 & Hyundai Kia.
- Machinability of 4th and 5th axis with pallet changers.
- 16 CNC turning machines including Galaxy, Mazak and Hyundai Kia.
- Conventional machining section which includes deep hole gun-drilling, lapping and various product and process oriented semi-automated SPM's, EDM-drilling, gang-drilling, milling, inscription rolling and marking machines.
- DuRR Eco Washing Machines to confirm to world class deburring and cleaning standards.
- Storage area has rack system which enables first-in first-out procedure for raw materials used.
- Just in time method to avoid unnecessary storage of the raw materials or finished components in the storage area.
